Welcome to LyraFeast (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lyrafeast.com (the “Site”), including all content, features, and services offered. - Personal Use: You may access and use the Site and its Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the Site without our prior written consent, except as follows:
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not alter or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- You may share links to our recipes or articles on social media, provided you do not copy and repost the full content elsewhere.

In no event shall LyraFeast’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to LyraFeast, if any, for accessing the Site.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of these Terms or any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of LyraFeast or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

15. Waiver
No waiver by LyraFeast of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of LyraFeast to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LyraFeast regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
