Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos: Place 15-20 Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form, about 10-15 seconds. Reserve 1/4 cup (about 30 g) of crumbs for topping.
  2. Mix the Cream Cheese and Sugar: In a large bowl, beat 8 oz (225 g) softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Vanilla and Whipped Topping: Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Gently fold in 1 cup (240 ml) whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  4. Combine Oreo Crumbs and Filling: Add the crushed Oreo crumbs (except reserved topping) into the cream cheese mixture. Fold carefully until just combined, about 2 minutes.
  5. Form the Bites: Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, scoop out the mixture and roll into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 10 minutes.
  6. Top and Chill: Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs on top of each ball, pressing lightly to adhere. Cover the tray with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
