This Easy Candy Corn Bark is a quick and simple treat that combines crunchy pretzels, creamy white chocolate, and chewy candy corn for the perfect salty-sweet Halloween snack. It comes together in under 20 minutes and is a crowd-pleaser at any fall gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup mini pretzels, roughly crushed
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
  • Optional: Flaky sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, overlapping the edges for easy removal.
  2. Place 1 cup of mini pretzels in a ziplock bag and gently crush with a rolling pin until you have a mix of small pieces and some bigger chunks (about pea-sized). Set aside.
  3. Place 12 ounces of white chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil or coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until smooth and completely melted (about 1.5 to 2 minutes total).
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even rectangle about 1/4-inch thick using a rubber spatula.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed pretzels evenly over the melted white chocolate, then scatter the candy corn on top. Gently press the toppings into the chocolate with your fingers or spatula. If using, sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over everything.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, or until the bark is completely firm and lifts easily off the parchment.
  7. Once set, lift the bark off the parchment and break into irregular pieces with your hands.

Notes

Don’t overheat the white chocolate; it burns easily. Work quickly once chocolate is melted as it sets fast. Crush pretzels with intention—leave some bigger pieces for texture contrast. Press toppings gently into the chocolate so they stick. Chill completely before breaking for clean pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months.
